Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and services to seniors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring that residents and their families receive exceptional care and services.
- Financial Management: Manage the community's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, social work).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for working with seniors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer-centricity.
