Peace of Mind Therapy and Consultation (POM) is seeking two positions to join our Team:
1. A Part Time Clinic manager/receptionist

2. A Part Time administrative assistant/receptionist

POM is an innovative, collaborative, multi-disciplinary mental health wellness centre focused on providing clients with the services they need to reach their goals.

We are looking for daytime and evening coverage (occasional weekend).

**Education and Experience**:

- Higher education preferred
- Training and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bookkeeping or experience with invoices and payroll
- Experience with Jane scheduling system
- Ability to manage websites, advertising, social media, and communications is a plus

**Qualified applicants will be**:

- Knowledge of PHIA and confidentiality requirements

**Office Manager Duties**:

- Communicate clearly with clinicians, the admin team, and the clinic director
- Build relationships with each clinician/team member
- Bookkeeping - invoicing insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, collecting outstanding invoices, processing contractor invoices
- Social media and website management
- Scheduling administrative/reception staff
- Managing workflow and tasks for the administrative team including a waitlist
- Manage room allocation, clinician schedules, and equipment
- Ordering supplies
- Light cleaning and attending to any issues that arise

**Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position**:

- Communicate clearly with clinicians, the admin team, and the clinic director
- Build relationships with each clinician/team member
- Ordering supplies
- Light cleaning and attending to any issues that arise
- Following up tasks, managing waitlist

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
