**APERÇU DU POSTE**

Le coordonnateur de projet est chargé de superviser et de recueillir les données de projets spécifiques à travers le Canada. Ce rôle est un point de contact principal avec le client en ce qui concerne la coordination, la collecte de données et d'informations pertinentes pour l'état du projet et des barrages routiers.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Suivre les progrès et les délais des projets publiés pour la construction ;
- Identifier les domaines de préoccupation et les risques ;
- Réunion de coordination avec les parties prenantes, y compris le client pour examiner l'avancement du projet et planifier les priorités ;
- Examine quotidiennement les priorités, les actions et les activités avec le chef de projet désigné ;
- Traitez tous les ordres de travail selon les besoins ;
- Examiner les finitions et les complexités partielles lors de la visite sur le terrain pour s'assurer que l'alignement sera achevé dans toutes les unités commerciales ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet et les équipes sur le terrain pour assurer l'alignement entre le personnel de bureau et le personnel sur le terrain ;
- Assurer la bonne mise en œuvre des procédures de l'entreprise en matière de santé et de sécurité et de qualité ;
- Coordonner les activités entre l'ingénierie et la construction au quotidien et s'assurer que les rapports sont à jour ;
- Coordonner la résolution des barrages routiers avec l'ingénierie, les services filaires et / ou la construction si nécessaire ;
- Autres tâches et projets assignés.

**ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Diplôme minimum de fin d'études secondaires avec une expérience liée à l'emploi ;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien de terrain serait un atout ;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en tant que coordonnateur de projet, de préférence dans une industrie de la construction serait un atout.

**CONNAISSANCE**
- Connaissance informatique de Windows, Microsoft Office et Outlook ;
- Bilingue, en anglais et en français, serait un atout.

**COMPÉTENCES**
- Compétences éprouvées en gestion du temps avec la capacité de fixer des priorités et d'atteindre des objectifs
- Compétences efficaces en communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à travailler et à se concentrer sur plusieurs projets dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec une attitude optimiste
- Dynamique, bonnes compétences en communication et capable de maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les pairs, les clients et les ressources internes
- Organisé, autodiscipliné, fiable et capable d'évaluer la charge de travail et d'obtenir la coopération d'autres départements
- Ressource, adaptable, haute intégrité, auto-démarreur, engagé pour ravir les clients et pour qui la santé et la sécurité sont une valeur fondamentale.
