Your key responsibilities will include, **but not be limited to**:

- Provide above average customer service to internal/external Team Members, Suppliers and Visitors
- Handle a multi-line phone system; answering, screening, transferring of calls
- Process all daily correspondence; mail, couriers, faxes, memos and other documents as requested
- Maintain Meeting calendar and coordinate all related activities in preparation for those meetings and luncheons
- Maintain the Sales Representatives travel schedule
- Maintain office supplies and boardroom inventories
- Support company activities, events and fundraisers
- Understand the Fabris Inc. Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS)
- Understand and follow the policies and procedures of the Fabris Quality Management System (QMS)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Grade 12 Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Reception or Administrative role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian, an asset
- Skills to enhance growth and development in your contribution to the Fabris Inc. Team
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills partnered with a positive team approach
- Superior time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
