In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through service diversification and client experience. As a working manager, you will be responsible for your own book of business while leading and motivating a team of experienced Account Managers. You will be able to get involved with a diverse portfolio of Canadian organizations, from small businesses to large enterprises, across various industries.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our London, ON office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of experienced Account Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and product diversification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their unique needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Document account management practices; optimizing the sales cycle based on testing and data.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and the rest of the organization, providing regular updates on performance and forecasts.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of comfort with spreadsheets: analyzing data, interpreting results and drawing upon actionable insights.
- Experience running A/B tests with sales campaigns in order to optimize the sales cycle and account penetration.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record of successful sales management (minimum of 3 years) within a B2B service delivery organization.
- 5+ years in a revenue-generating role.
- Preference is given to those with both sales and marketing experience.
- University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.

- ** Competitive Compensation**: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage and other perks. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $130,000 per year, comprised of a $100,000 base and a $30,000 performance bonus. Additional bonus applies if revenue targets are exceeded.
