ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Membership Sales
- Create and organize new membership sales campaigns and sales materials
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies to ensure membership sales are met
- Manage Intermediate Membership Sales program (legacy Membership program for former Members)
- Provide information and assistance to Members, guests, and prospective Members regarding all Club services and amenities and remain informed of all Club activities

New Member Onboarding
- Schedule & conduct new Member orientations, including setting up new Members on all Club systems and demonstrating their use
- Be a reliable resource for new Members by guiding them in their first year of membership, particularly with program registration
- Conduct frequent check-ins, follow ups and surveys to ensure new Members are satisfied and well-integrated into the Hollyburn community
- Execute new Member events

Member Relations
- Create memorable moments for our Members (acknowledging life milestones, personalized experiences)
- Celebrate our Membership by contributing content to Club publication, The View (Featured Member article)
- Continually connect with Members beyond their first year to ensure they are satisfied and getting the most of their Membership

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Hospitality, or another applicable related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven record of managing sales quotas and ability to lead to raise the level of service

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Professional demeanor, strong leader, goal oriented, self-starter
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of integrity, highly responsible and reliable
- Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, strategize and prioritize
- Strong computer skills including an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search; you will be reimbursed for this expense in full
