Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team at the John Howard Society. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent client and customer experience.
The Community Hub Administrative Coordinator will be the first point of contact at the Community Hub on Joyce
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Greet visitors to the Community Hub on Joyce
Assist with general enquiries and direct visitors upon arrival.
Organize and maintain client records, reports, and database (CRM)
Book event space.
Assist and manage room set up and tear down.
Assist with catering events.
Provide an excellent customer experience.
**Qualifications**
Experience in administration or related field and/or the hospitality industry
High school diploma required or equivalent.
Must possess exceptional technological literacy with proficiency in working with various software programs, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality of all organizational matters and information.
Ability to represent John Howard SENB in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a team environment and with diverse populations.
Demonstrated ability to use time effectively.
Skilled in prioritizing.
**Working Conditions**
Full-time hours
