**Project Coordination with LearnSphere**

**About LearnSphere**

LearnSphere exists to help organizations and individuals prosper, building their capacity with relevant skills, knowledge and tools to reach their full potential.

A federally incorporated non-profit organization, LearnSphere specializes in the design and delivery of comprehensive, bilingual, evidence-based learning and development solutions to help businesses and organizations learn, innovate and scale. We help our clients develop the skills they need to grow, commercialize, export, increase supply chain opportunities and plan their workforce.

We recognize that businesses and nonprofits flourish when they embrace varying perspectives and experiences. We also recognize that economies and communities are strengthened when all people have equitable access to the resources and support they need to start and run successful organizations.

Much of our programming is designed to support businesses led by Indigenous peoples, women, LGBTQ2S+, newcomers to Canada, and members of official language minority communities, among other equity-deserving groups.

We have developed numerous programs focusing on equity deserving groups such as:

- Direct support for women entrepreneurs through our business management capacity development program, ProfitLearn
- Supporting the success of women and girls through vocational and technical training in Cameroon
- Building capacity in New Brunswick's Immigrant Serving Agencies to more effectively serve newcomers and measure their results
- Increasing awareness and education around workspace sexual harassment with a focus on LGBTQ2S+

LearnSphere has designed and delivered training to 60,000+ people with 3,000+ organizations throughout Canada and in more than 20 countries worldwide.
