**À propos du rôle**:
Les enquêteurs d'études de marché mènent des sondages téléphoniques auprès de personnes partout aux États-Unis et au Canada sur une variété de sujets, notamment les habitudes d'achat, la satisfaction des clients, les problèmes de consommation, sociaux et politiques. Il n'y a pas de télémarketing ni de vente.

Nous embauchons pour ce poste au **salaire horaire de $16.00.**

**Ce que vous pouvez vous attendre à faire**:

- Mener des sondages téléphoniques à des fins de recherche
- Lire à haute voix un questionnaire tel qu'il est écrit et enregistrer les réponses de l'enquêté avec précision
- Vérifier et réviser toutes les réponses pour en vérifier l'exactitude, l'orthographe et la grammaire
- Avoir une approche courtoise du service à la clientèle

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:

- Attitude motivée et positive
- Vitesse de frappe mínimale 45 mots par minute avec une précision de 90 %
- Une expérience antérieure dans un centre d'appels, un support client, un télémarketing ou un entretien téléphonique est un avantage
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
- A l'aise pour parler au téléphone
- Maîtrise de la lecture, de l'écriture et de l'anglais parlé
- Capacité à réussir une vérification des antécédents de niveau 3

**Qu'y a-t-il pour vous**:

- Minimum 3 quarts de travail par semaine avec un quart de fin de semaine requis
- Flexibilité pour modifier l'horaire chaque semaine
- Les heures de travail prévues sont de 15h00 à 23h00

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:

- Avoir un espace de travail privé et calme
- Ordinateur de bureau ou portable avec au minimum le système d'exploitation Microsoft Windows 10 ou 11
- (Mac ou tablette non pris en charge ; Windows 10 S Mode non pris en charge)
- La configuration mínimale requise pour l'ordinateur est de 1,1 GHz et 512 Mo de RAM
- Connexion Internet haut débit ou haut débit DSL, câble ou satellite.
- Capable d'exécuter régulièrement les mises à jour Windows pour maintenir le système à jour avec les dernières mises à jour de sécurité de Microsoft
- Logiciel antivirus. Un seul programme antivirus installé. (Avast et Kaspersky non pris en charge)
- Téléphone fixe ou portable comprenant un casque avec microphone qui se connecte à votre équipement téléphonique. Excellente qualité sonore requise.

**About the Role**:
Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. **There is no telemarketing or sales involved.**

We are hiring for this position at an **hourly wage **of $16.00.

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
- Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
- Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
- Have a courteous, customer service approach

**What you’ll need**:

- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to pass a Level 3 background check
