We are seeking a **Senior Bilingual Collections Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make contact with consumers via the telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts
- Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
- Verify consumer information
- Professionally negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in French and English
- Must have 1-2 years experience in collections or a target-driven call center environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a high paced work environment
- Full time availability to work on site at our Montreal head office 900 Boul de Maisonneuve West

**Hours are**:8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, One afternoon shift working 1:00pm-9:00pm, One Paid Saturday per month working 9:00am-4:00pm.

**Responsabilités**:

- Prendre contact avec les consommateurs par téléphone afin d'organiser le paiement des comptes en souffrance.
- Effectuer le travail de recherche initial en utilisant les outils en ligne et les systèmes de comptes.
- Vérifier les informations sur les consommateurs
- Négocier professionnellement avec les consommateurs et explorer les sources d'argent afin de déterminer le meilleur arrangement possible.

**Compétences**:

- Bilingue en français et en anglais
- Doit avoir 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en recouvrement ou dans un environnement de centre d'appels axé sur les objectifs.
- Bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
