We’re looking for a systems savvy Marketing professional who’s a natural organizer, problem solver, and leader to take on the role of Marketing Lead, Systems (MLS) as part of our central Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations (MCPR) team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, SMKC, the MLS plays an important role in leading the process to address market systems issues and inquiries. This role advises on, creates content for, and maintains Marketing systems, tools, and user/support materials in support of Stantec’s marketing and business development programs.

In this role, you are a strategic partner with the central MCPR team and other corporate services team members. Some responsibilities and tasks are consistent day to day, while others are fluid and changing, allowing for both consistency and variety.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the systems inquiries process, including:

- Monitoring, tracking, resolving, and prioritizing systems inquiries and issues
- Managing all aspects of the service ticket handling process (ticket updates and queue management)
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues
- Escalating unresolved or out-of-scope issues to appropriate internal teams
- Responding to end users promptly and professionally
- Taking ownership of reported issues to resolve the problem and follow up with end users
- Support systems quality assurance through end-use guidance on best practices and identifying areas of concern and potential solutions
- Audit and cleanse systems to remove old data, as needed, to keep content relevant
- Monitor and respond to daily mailbox inquiries across multiple internal mailboxes with a solution-based approach
- Create and update internal systems documentation and user resources, such as user guides, best practice materials, FAQs, and tutorials
- Provide systems training for end users and MCPR team members, as required
- Assist with Marketing system enhancement ideation and development through strategic guidance, sharing end user perspectives and doing beta testing
- Manage company intranet sites, including page builds, posting documents, coordinating system enhancements, tracking assets, managing value lists and translation requirements, and following and implementing the content management process

+ Coordinating and implementing template enhancements and providing recommendations for enhancements that improve the end user experience

+ Collaborating with the Brand team, key stakeholders, the software vendor, and specialized template consultants to maintain and update templates, as well as develop and test new functionality

+ Managing and maintaining the data set that drives automation

+ Partnering with the Employee Communications team for any important employee messaging

+ Monitoring and responding to daily template-related inquiries

+ Troubleshooting technical issues

- Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat), Content Management Systems, SharePoint, and cloud-based interfaces

- Advanced levels of Microsoft Word proficiency in building templates
- Demonstrated ability to create user resources (such as training materials) for systems
