Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for one (1), contract, full-time, forty (40) hours per week, **System Integration Lead**.

**Job Summary**

The Digital Transformation System Integration Lead’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized and unified view. This individual is also responsible for the monitoring of data flow between solutions to identify and implement the most suitable data integration architecture for the organization’s needs. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.

**Job Duties**
- Orchestrate integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units, data stewards, and development teams.
- Plan, execute, and manage the strategic integration of new data and data stores into existing systems and infrastructure throughout the enterprise, including introduction of Cloud services as applicable.
- Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Ensure that integration planning and practices are aligned with the Agency strategic goals and the Agency’s overall strategic vision.
- Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
- Revise data integration architectures when required to be compatible with changing business needs and client standards so that all legal, compliance, and operational requirements, such as data sovereignty, regulatory security and privacy policies, and service level agreements (SLA), are accounted for.
- Maintain high standards of data quality through the introduction and enforcement of information handling processes and organization of the data integration processes.
- Collaborate with BI specialists to establish overarching strategies and service oriented architecture.
- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation project team, data stewards, and solution owners in the testing of implementation of technology solutions and associated integration measures.
- Lead testing phase of data integration development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areas.
- Liaise with project team members to address issues in data patterns and architecture.
- Build relationships digital transformation and project teams to gain an understanding of different data architectures and required functionality.
- Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration.
- Review data quality, addressing any issues through the creation of new processes or adjustment of the data integration architecture.
- Track and reports progress and performance on work stream activities.
- Provide advice and shares knowledge on best practices within the work stream activities.

**Education and Experience**
- A Relevant Diploma/Degree in a related field such as Communications, Business, or Management.
- A demonstrated track record, (minimum 5 years), leading the planning and execution of strategic change efforts in support of organization and cultural change.
- Experience creating and delivering change management activities within a project structure.
- Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- A Change Management designation such as Prosci Change Management Practitioner is highly desirable.

- Sound knowledge of change management theory and practices and CMBOK.
- Prosci Change Management methodology.
