**Your role as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist**:
As part of the Operations team, you will provide internal tech support to other members of the organization.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide first-level support to employees.
- Setup computers for new and existing employees.
- Keep track through asset management of all IT equipment and purchases.
- Work with and assist the Development and QA teams with the CI/CD infrastructure as required.
- Maintain and service the development infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service.
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Perform any other task assigned.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of Linux and MacOS operating systems.
- Troubleshooting knowledge of MacOS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Votre rôle en tant que Spécialiste de l'Assistance Informatique**:
En tant que membre de l'équipe des opérations, vous fournirez un support technique interne aux autres membres de l'organisation.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Offrir un soutien de premier niveau aux employés.
- Configurer les ordinateurs pour les employés nouveaux et existants.
- Gardez une trace grâce à la gestion des actifs de tous les équipements informatiques et des achats.
- Travailler avec et aider les équipes de développement et d'assurance qualité avec l'infrastructure CI/CD, au besoin.
- Maintenir et entretenir l'infrastructure de développement.
- Effectuer un dépannage à l'aide de différentes techniques de diagnostic.
- Fournir une résolution rapide et un service client excellent.
- Redirigez les problèmes non résolus vers le niveau supérieur du personnel d'assistance.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent similaire.
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience connexe.
- Connaissance pratique des systèmes d'exploitation Linux et MacOS.
- Connaissance du dépannage de MacOS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
