Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operations and management of our business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise
- Assist with budgeting and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Support the Manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail management or assistant management role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
