Our HR team is looking for a new HR Business Partner to join our growing dynamic team CASA is a growing organization that helps children and adolescents, this role will allow you to be a part of that mission. As the HR Business Partner, you will support a portfolio of our programs and help develop their people strategy, assist in recruitment, support daily HR functions and help develop processes for our HR team.

**Job Details**

**Salary range/Wage range**:$66,000 to $98,000

**Shift structure**:Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per shift

**Primary l**ocation**:CASA Centre/Hybrid

**Secondary location(s)**:CASA Fort Road, CASA West, CASA House, CASA Downtown

**Union**:Exempt

**FTE**:1.0

**Status**:12 month term position

**About the Role**

The Human Resources Business Partner will:

- Complete full cycle recruitment with their portfolios including: job description development, job posting creation, the development of role-specific recruitment strategies, shortlisting, interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment and onboarding initiatives as requested.
- Work with employees, managers and senior leaders to create HR services and solutions that advance CASA's mission.
- Work with employees at all stages of the employee life cycle to address concerns and questions
- Provide input into CASA's HR strategic priorities.
- Review human resource information system—generated reports and identify trends, issues or anomalies and work with management to fully understand the impacts on CASA.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including recruitment, performance management, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, as well as employee and labour relations.
- A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is considered an asset.
