Announced at the 2021 Game Awards, Inflexion Games is developing Nightingale - a
**new shared-world survival crafting and building game** coming to PC Early Access in

**Inflexion Games** is searching for a
** People Partner (HR Business Partner) **to join our
**People & Culture team**. In this role, you will be focused on helping us grow the capacity and capabilities of our Studio without compromising on the employee experience. Our work touches on organizational development; leadership and management development; design and execution of people processes, programs and policies; job architecture (levelling and ladders); wellbeing initiatives; diversity and inclusion initiatives; 1-2-1 coaching..and much, much more

**Supporting our existing Head of People the responsibilities for this People Partner role will include**:

- Contribute to initiatives that ensure Inflexion is a great place to work. This will include supporting compensation, rewards, recognition, probation, DIB initiatives, performance, career planning and events.
- Provide information and advice to employees on the interpretation of existing policies and programs
- Recommend changes to, or introduction of policies, procedures or programs to the Head of People on HR policies/practices and competitive practices
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s code of conduct, employment legislation and company human resources policies
- Handle all legal employment issues and disciplinary concerns in conjunction with the Head of People
- Participate in employee relations and conflict resolution where necessary.
- Educate and provide advice to people leaders on starting salaries, merit and promotional increases using the organization’s pay guidelines
- Maintain updates to job descriptions in conjunction with organization changes
- Participate in external compensation salary surveys
- Communicate and educate employees on total rewards and answer FAQs
- Facilitate the performance management program (probationary and annual reviews), including efforts to support high performance across the team
- Complete employee off-boarding and conduct exit interviews
- Assist the Head of People with identifying training needs in conjunction with people leaders and recommend solutions and courses offered internally and by external sources
- Oversee and analyze the administration of employee engagement surveys in collaboration with the People & Culture Generalist
- Assist in developing our leadership community, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to build well-oiled, high-performing teams.
- Work closely with our People & Culture Generalist to align expectations and goals for new starters, from welcome communications and developing onboarding plans, through to the completion of their probation cycle and beyond.
- Generate and analyze insightful data to help us drive better decisions across the business for all things people.

**Other than being an exemplar of our values, you’re probably someone who has demonstrated the following in their career so far**:

- Has built the foundation of their HR knowledge and experience; most likely within a technology-focused studio or fast-growing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a demonstrated track record in HR; CPHR preferred but not essential
- 7+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- You’ll be comfortable acting as the first point of contact for employees and acting as an advisor to team members and managers on People related issues
- You may also have experience contributing to or even leading HR projects
- Innate levels of emotional intelligence and a willingness to invest in relationship building. You will have the ability to put people at ease and build trust
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A team player, who thrives on collaborating with other People & Culture team members and Studio leadership
