**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Manager in our award
- winning Custom Homes and Cottages division. This position will be based out of our Oakville office and will require local travel to job sites as needed.**

**THE POSITION**
- Daily supervision of all site operations, including management and maintenance of all regulated site safety policies;
- Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications;
- Ensure sub-trade performance and quality of work meet the Bachly Construction standards for customer satisfaction;
- Participate in site meetings and host required site safety meetings as needed;
- Various other coordination, scheduling and management responsibilities as required during project execution

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the Custom Homes industry
- Strong construction knowledge and experience with project coordination and management
- Familiar with building code requirements. Specifically, the OBC
- Motivated, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable reading blueprints
- Excellent communication skills; experience managing sub-trades and suppliers
- Proficient in the use of computers including excel, word and outlook
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Proactive with the ability to solve problems before they happen
- A confident decision maker who keeps the best interest of the organization top of mind
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
