Customer Service Administrator

**Position**: Customer Service Representative
**Location**: Oakville, ON
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide an enjoyable experience to our customers by answering questions about our condominum project and helping to resolve complaints.
- Work with our trade partners to ensure work orders are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Process incoming customer warranty and service requests by entering information into computer systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding new work orders and warranty claims.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and follow procedures.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Experience at a Home Builder is an asset.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
