Part-time/temporary Administrative Research

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist appraisers with research and file management
- Handle client communications and relations
- Prepare and maintain service agreements
- Conduct market research and data analysis
- Provide general administrative support as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Assistant, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
**Work Schedule**:
- Temporary, Part-time position, 3 days a week (Maternity Leave Coverage)
