**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present and promote our immigration services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits.

**Account Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and progress using CRM software.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure they remain satisfied and informed about their immigration process.
- Prepare reports on sales activity, client interactions, and market trends.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal advisors to ensure clients receive comprehensive and accurate advice.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of sales strategies and objectives.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and regulations is an asset.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
