Your Role and Responsibilities

Classification requirements:

- The primary focus is placed in ensuring assets onsite are accurately accounted for by enforcing and upholding the chain of custody.
- Supply Operations Supervisors are responsible for motivating their team and site to continually execute the tasks required to operate our world class datacenters.
- They are able to communicate and to work with other technicians, departments, and customers in technical support situations.
- They assist with continuous training of asset personnel and uphold standards for their site and asset management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations with Site Manager
- Will support their Site Managers directly in all duties, including at times helping with reporting and or investigating HR/ADMIN escalations
- Responsible for all Inventory related tickets for their respective sites end to end
- Ensure that the Cycle Counts and reports from the Audit Tool are reported up to the Site Manager with any variances in coordination with Asset Manager and Site Manager.
- Monitor and track open POs for the site, work alongside with Site Manager to verify and Lock PO’s for their respective sites and others as coordinated by Asset Mgr.
- The Supply Ops Supervisor is responsible for creating pre-configurations templates and verifying the accuracy and sign off Truck Days.
- Work with Site Manager and Logistics to verify/coordinate, inbound/outbound shipments, providing the required data for import/export documentation & shipment coordinating.
- Work with our RMA department, to process faulty assets and their replacements, and update our database accordingly.
- Work with our Liquidations department to process scrap and older assets of value and ensure that standards and processes meet company standards.
- Work with our HWO ADMIN team, to correct any found issues and maintain/improve database accuracy.
- Supply Ops Supervisor should conduct frequent walkthroughs of their sites and escalate issues found.
- Provide feedback to site manager to establish/execute team goals and assist in evaluating team performance to strengthen training consistencies.
- Engage and work side-by-side with SBT/Shift Leads/Site Manager to proactively ensure best practices and established procedures are being followed consistently.
- Intervene and provide proper workflow guidance to resolve outstanding issues within inventory audits, including escalations to the Site Manager for in-depth investigations.
- Work with Asset/Site Manager and local counterparts to administer training for new hires and to identify, develop, and administer standardized training initiatives.
- Consult with the Site Manager to establish/review team goals to strengthen training consistencies, execution of said reviews is done by Site Manager.
- Perform work in an accurate, thorough, productive, and timely manner, including meeting all applicable deadlines; adhere to all relevant policies/procedures, including those regarding workplace safety (site specific).
- Weekly metric reports to Site Manager/Asset Manager
- Resolve asset requests via ticket both internal and external.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Operating System Installation - Windows Server, Linux, Unix
- Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus
- Web Server and Database installation experience a plus
- Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office
