The Coordinator, Futures - Project Management supports Holt Renfrew to efficiently deliver the futures team agenda and help prepare the organization to adopt future-focused change. Providing project management services, specializing in the execution of Network strategic initiatives and capital investments, the role combines the highest level of collaboration, working alongside cross-functional stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Support the cross-functional project management for assigned Network renovation and revitalization project(s). Includes:

- Support project(s) from ideation to implementation through post-project performance tracking
- Assist in creating project work plans, project charters, critical paths, and schedules for assigned Network capital project(s) impacting store, store support and distribution centers
- Monitor progress to ensure key deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and within scope
- Provide administrative support for project and coordination meetings with applicable business teams
- Update project reporting to the organization and key stakeholders
- Provide onsite support during implementation
- Participate in post-project evaluation and analysis to improve future project delivery
- Continually improve process methods and best practices to support business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations
- Minimum 2 years within a retail store environment
- 1+ years project management work experience
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end life cycle of a project and support multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player with ability to also work independently effectively
- Confident and effective communication (written & verbal)
- Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The measures of success:

- Meeting revenue targets and contribution to overall financial objectives
- Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
- Feedback from internal and external clients
