**About the Role**:
As a Customer Programs Product Lead, you will work with the Client as one of the main connection points between clients and Kenna throughout the annual program lifecycle. You will represent the voice of the client stakeholders and gain foundational understanding and alignment of the client’s business needs, the current solutions and its objectives. You will be responsible for leading the development of detailed business requirements, and remain fully involved in the development lifecycle, stewarding the solutions build through to execution and enhancement phases. You will leverage your prior experience and skills, in collaboration with our cross-functional teams, to help clients meet business and customer objectives.

You will be required to build strong internal relationships, provide excellent client leadership and promote a positive work environment. You will successfully steward the development with both the internal and client teams to ensure tool execution is fully aligned across teams and delivered on-time and on-budget.

**What you will do**:
Your primary focus will be to develop and enhance solutions created for select customer programs that support registrations, reconciliation and fulfillment through a proprietary CRM platform. To accomplish this you will:

- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships at all levels
- Effectively capture client feedback re business challenge or goals and develop a vision for the future.
- Create business requirements documents, including work flows, user experience expectations and data requirements.
- Work collaborative with our in-house Development and Digital Teams to develop the solutions and support the day-to-day customer platform(s) for maintenance and optimization
- Work closely with internal teams to conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure that new functionality is precisely implemented, and data is captured and displayed accurately
- Address and resolve any solution challenges that may arise
- Support the collation and presentation of tool / process debriefs to provide learnings and evolve future plans
- Support annual roll out of tools and platforms

- Understanding client needs and developing functionality requirements to support the development of the solution
- Aiding in the creation of presentations

**Requirements**:
**About You**:

- Post-secondary degree in business, or other related background
- You have 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Ability to translate client challenges or ambiguous requirements into integrated solutions
- Analytical, problem-solving approach
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Superior organizational, detail-oriented and decision-making skills
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Agriculture is considered an asset
