**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners in the video telematics and aftermarket vehicle electronics industries.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit new channel partners, including presenting our value proposition and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their needs are met and maximizing their sales potential.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-marketing strategies and materials that support partner engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate with product development and support teams to ensure channel partners are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and resources.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners, setting and tracking key metrics and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and cultivate partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the aftermarket vehicle electronics or telematics industry.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the telematics market, products, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Bilingual English/French would be an asset.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage with potential and existing partners.
Organizational and project management skills to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously.
