Hybrid Work Model

At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. We also acknowledge the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.

**Job Description**:
As Assent's Partnership Success Manager, your primary objective is to be the driving force behind the development, optimization and enhancement of our external partnership programs, ensuring their alignment with Corporate Development and Assent's overarching objectives. The Partnership Success Manager role centers around managing and maximizing the potential of strategic partner ecosystems, particularly focusing on technology and sustainability sectors, to foster business growth.

**Key Requirements and Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development, design and implementation of partner programs leveraging relationships with various partners to enhance offerings;
Collaborate closely with the SVP of Strategic Channels & Corporate Development, aligning partnership program execution with overarching corporate goals, including potential strategic partnerships and acquisitions;
Cultivate and sustain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, fostering regular communication to understand and complement solutions;
Collaborate with technology partners to strategize lead generation and streamline referral management processes;
Develop and refine internal processes supporting effective partner management and program execution, ensuring scalability and adaptability to business growth;
Support internal partner enablement programs to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth opportunities;
Regularly communicate and coordinate with partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments, including sales, marketing, and product/solutions development;
Monitor partnership performance metrics, market trends, and partner ecosystem developments. Address challenges in partner relationships or program execution, continually refining partner management processes;
Provide training and guidance to team members regarding partnership programs and relationships. Foster a collaborative environment leveraging cross-functional expertise for continuous improvement;

**Qualifications**:

A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in successfully designing, developing, implementing, and managing partnership enablement programs;
Knowledge of technology ecosystems, preferably with experience in areas such as cloud computing or software solutions;
Familiarity with Product Compliance, Product Stewardship, and Sustainable Product market drivers;
Awareness of supply chain sustainability challenges and solutions;
