The New Business Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who ‘gets’ customer service and is looking for a foot in the door in a fun environment. **What we need you to do**:
Process new business that is received (electronically or by paper)

Review and validate information that comes into our system from our vendors (Life Insurance companies)

Communicate with internal teams on new business related inquiries

Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Carriers’ new business processes

We have reference guides for you

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistently

Clear written and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Practical experience with MS Office Suite

Working Conditions

Normal office environment and/or hybrid
