Corporate Educator, Organizational Development

The Corporate educator is focused on the planning, scheduling, and administration involved with training professionals, employees, leaders and physicians in a corporate health environment. The education will play an important role in the transition of new employees into the workplace, thus allowing them to become productive and efficient members of the healthcare team. Corporate educators will also conduct ongoing training/education for current employees. Their work often extends to facilitating the introduction of new technology or policies to staff.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in one of Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business
- Strong knowledge of adult education principles and learning styles, needs assessment, design and evaluation process
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in corporate training or talent development role
- Previous teaching experience using adult principles of learning
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong executive presence, ability to present to all levels of employees
- Impressive facilitation and project management skills in the development and delivery of courses and programs that are organization wide
- Experience with e-Learning Management System
- Advanced skills using MS Office Products Word, PowerPoint, Excel are required
- Expert assessment and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of key roles within a healthcare setting and how they function
- Evidence of ability to support a collaborative and empowering learning environment
- Demonstrated skills for one on one and group interaction
- Proven initiative and leadership abilities and self-directedness
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and respond positively to change
- Evidence of continuous learning and the use of research in practice

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in French would be an asset

**Teaching and Research**
- St. Joseph's Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St. Joseph's you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties

**Immunization Requirements**
- Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace.
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
