Corporate Commercial Lawyer

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing corporate legal advice on laws involving companies and securities, banking and finance, contracts, financial services regulation and interaction with employees.
- Provide legal advice negotiate contracts, and draft contracts for clients.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education from a recognized Legal Assistant program.
- 5 plus years of experience working in Corporate Commercial
- Outstanding organization and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Verbal, written, and organizational skills at an above average level with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter that can carry out tasks with mínimal oversight.
- Excellent client service attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work in a strictly confidential and professional manner.
**Job Type**: Part-time
