**Résumé du poste**

Sous l’autorité de la gestionnaire, Services aux membres, le ou la titulaire exécute des tâches administratives connexes à la facturation des adhésions, la mise à jour des renseignements et le processus propre à la péremption des adhésions. Le ou la titulaire fait usage des politiques et des procédures de l’Association en matière de traitement de données de manière à assurer l’exactitude et l’intégrité des renseignements stockés dans la base de données du service des adhésions de l’Association. En outre, le représentant ou la représentante des services auprès des membres fournit un soutien et une assistance soutenue aux membres de la profession et au grand public. L’ABC propose divers avantages, notamment une semaine de travail de 33,75 heures, des heures d’été et la fermeture des bureaux pour les fêtes en décembre.

**Responsabilités**
- Administrer le programme de renouvellement des adhésions (y compris le traitement et l’envoi de factures de renouvellement des adhésions, de rappels, de trousseau d’accueil et du programme d’intégration des nouveaux membres).
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes et aux besoins des membres au sujet du statut de leur adhésion, des avantages et des services, des catégories de cotisations et du paiement des cotisations.
- Tenir à jour et mettre à jour les données financières et démographiques tout en assurant le respect des protocoles connexes aux renseignements.
- Demeurer à l’affût des possibilités d’utiliser les technologies ou d’autres processus d’automatisation pour améliorer sans cesse l’efficience et l’efficacité des procédés de traitement de données.
- Fournir un appui aux autres représentants et représentantes de service auprès des membres.
- Travaille, au besoin, en coopération avec d’autres membres du personnel de l’ABC pour s’acquitter de ses tâches.
- Traiter, par courriel et par téléphone, les demandes connexes à l’adhésion de la part de membres de la profession et du grand public.
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches connexes à la demande du directeur.

**Qualités**
- Bonne compréhension du service à la clientèle, avec des compétences de base en informatique et en comptabilité.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles et en communication;
- Connaissance fonctionnelle de Word, Excel et Outlook.
- Connaissance fonctionnelle et bonne compréhension de l’exploitation des bases de données des membres et des clients pour assurer un excellent niveau de service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur le travail en équipe.
- Capacité à suivre des instructions, à travailler de façon indépendante, à planifier, à organiser et à établir des priorités dans les charges de travail.
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est essentiel.
