**What does this role involve?**
Patient Coordinator and Front office duties include:
- Greet, welcome & check in patients in a professional, courteous & timely manner
- Scheduling, registering and confirming patient appointments & obtaining accurate information
- Organizing patient records, filing & other record-keeping in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Organizing and coordinating schedules for multiple practitioners
- Cleaning and maintaining a well-kept office
- Maintaining treatment rooms after appointments

- Work in a self-directed fashion making optimal use of time
- Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office are essential
- Knowledge & experience in social media preferred
