About the Role:
- Oversee and manage daily banking administration, and day-to-day management of electronic payments for all inter-company payments and related allocations, acts as point person to financial institutions on all front-line banking matters and KYC reporting;
- Manages corporate cash positioning requirements for operations and capital requirements, including sweeps of cash from subsidiary companies and funding subsidiaries as required;
- Accountable to administering all debt instruments, including all compliance reporting and managing the set-up, tracking and administration of debt instruments;
- Generates consolidated reporting on daily cash movements and debt dashboards;
- Responsible for the hiring, on-the-job training, managing, and coaching of Cash Management team;
- Maintains and contributes to the development, continuous improvement, automation, and implementation of company-wide treasury; processes and policies, ensuring an appropriate level of internal control and transparency for all transactions.
What you Bring:
**Our Must Haves**
- CPA designation;
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in treasury accounting;
- Experience working for a complex multi-entity corporation;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory/management position providing mentorship to juniors;
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to new processes, and can manage changing priorities;
- Solid analytical abilities and advanced excel skills;
- Working knowledge of Yardi is considered an asset.
