About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cash Management Executive to join our team at CWB. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through proactive sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively prospect and engage with existing clients to drive annual deposit and cash management growth.
  • Provide full-service solutions to business owners, leveraging your expertise in cash management and deposit products.
  • Collaborate with the business banking team to coordinate branch activities and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic developments, applying your knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of banking or financial services experience with a strong sales and relationship management focus.
  • Knowledge of cash management and deposit products, with a proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize data and relationships.
  • A strategic planner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving business success.
