**We are looking for an outstanding Planning Manager** who wants to leave a tangible legacy**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the S&OP cycle to ensure that all meetings result in clear understanding from all stakeholders of take aways, risks and decisions that need to be made.
- Lead and develop a small but growing Planning team.
- Responsible for the overall Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes and supporting the Planning team to streamline and create efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to build long term capacity plans and identify risks and constraints with internal production.
- Work collaboratively with the Greenhouse team on the cannabis forecast and lead the conversation on the impact to allocation and the sales plan.
- Responsible for the driving our allocation process to align with our sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels of Finished good and WIP and propose actions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, which results in the timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Constantly review Planning processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement to drive efficiencies and allow for more accurate planning.
- Own and/or participate in projects impacting Planning as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and/or S&OP
- 2+ years previous experience as a people manager
- Experience with ERP and Inventory Management systems
- Advanced Excel skills required, including ability to use and create Power Queries
- Proven analytical & mathematical thinking, and adept at solving complex problems
- Ability to take data, synthesize it, and concisely communicate it to drive the right actions
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all departments at all levels of the organization
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the impacts of key decisions to sales, margin, and cost, as well as the impacts to downstream teams
- Self starter who is able to see opportunities, and in turn, envision and create efficient solutions
- Ability to lead the Planning function, as well as be a key leader and stakeholder in a variety of major projects
- Ability to instill trust cross functionally by providing solid, data-based recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the Cannabis industry is an asset
