Warranty Clerk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk. As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process all extended warranty claims for Bel-Air Toyota and Bel-Air Lexus
- Follow up with all claims and ensure that the manufacturer receives the correct information within the appropriate deadlines
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a Automotive dealership or warranty role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in office softeware
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
