**JOB SUMMARY**:
The invoicing clerk is responsible for making sure invoices are accurate and that bills are paid on time.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Research and gathered necessary information for completion of invoices. During peak months inside sales can input **600 **orders per day and invoicing has to follow.
- Process and enter all data and downloads to and from Epicor ordering system for invoicing.
- Review invoices for accuracy.
- Check invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items.
- Issue monthly statements and keep customer files updated with invoices, bills (warranty information) and contact information.
- Generate invoices upon receipt of billing information and processed cash and carry and/or credit card orders.
- Assist clients, salespeople and co-workers with invoicing and shipping information.
- Created daily invoice report, generate credit report and maintain invoice files.
- Access open orders and search to find out reason the orders have not been shipped and work with other departments to resolve the problem.
- Accurate and timely invoicing of specific customer shipments (Rona, Home Depot).
- Verifying accuracy of pricing and matching of purchase orders to bills of lading.
- Ensure completion of customer invoicing, mailing, filing, electronic processing and other related functions.
- Daily interaction with Credit Department, Inside Sales and Logistics personnel.
- Responding to customer and broker inquiries.
- Assist in completing credits for returns to customer accounts.
- Process credits for anyone that has an error report attached to their order. Assign damaged to scrap or seconds inventory
- Mail - receive and sort through all incoming mail, distribute.
- Operate mail machine and affix proper postage for outgoing mail and post

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 -2 years of experience providing office administrative support services
- Good mathematical skills
- Good data entry skills
- Bilingual (French/English) spoken, written and comprehension
- Able to handle high volume of work and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
- Able to influence and gain cooperation from employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
