**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on clerical tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Handle incoming calls through phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supervising staff is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
