**Highliving Properties** is a well-established and reputable company that has been providing rental apartment services for the past five years. During this time, the company has grown to a portfolio of 647 units, offering a wide range of rental options for tenants. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator with Accounting Experience. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and accounting skills to contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Help organize and execute company events and meetings
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets as directed by the finance team
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information
- Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Work with onsite property managers on daily basis to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Property Management experience would be an asset.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

**Salary**: $2,682.93-$3,520.00 per month
