**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- ** Full Cycle Accounting**:Oversee the full cycle accounting process for our wholesale business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Treasury, and general ledger management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **
Balance Sheet Reconciliation**:Assist in the monthly review of key balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- **
Cash Flow Forecast**: Prepare and maintain a centralized cash flow forecast outlook for each operating company within the organization. Monitor and analyze cash flow trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **
Centralized Floorplan Management**: Manage and optimize floorplan financing arrangements to support inventory needs and business operations.
- **
Forecasting**:Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with operating companies to gather data and insights for accurate forecasts.
- **
Monthly Review and Annual Budgeting**:Assist in the monthly financial review process and analyzing financial performance. Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, working with various teams to develop the budget.
- **
Financial Compliance**:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and internal financial policies. Assist in the annual financial audit process.
- **
Software Proficiency**: Utilize financial software and tools proficiently to streamline processes and maintain accurate financial records. Adapt to different software platforms as needed.
- **
Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to drive financial success.

**Working Conditions**
- Some travel may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Proven experience (5 years+) in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
