Office Manager

Main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Serve as the point person for office management duties
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors and create a cozy atmosphere for our high valuate customers
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Bookkeeping of all cash flows in the company, invoicing, tracking payments and reporting
- Assist the Head of Office in office management duties, bookkeeping, invoicing and payments
- Create and handle a documentation system to ensure that all recordings are stored and maintained well Prepare and be able to discuss monthly reports about the company’s operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
