**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support processes and procedures with all matters pertaining to assigned Human Resources administration
- Prepare, maintain and update HR records, employee information, and related department data in accordance with established procedures
- Assist employee in benefit enrolment
- Input and maintain employee data in HRIS. Create and produce standard HRIS reports.
- Coordinate the recruitment of hourly positions
- Coordinate employee functions
- COVID Management and responsible for tracking COVID cases
- Participate in assigned HR and cross functional projects or assignments

Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources combined with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in an admin position
- Recruiting experience for hourly positions is an asset
- Proven records in attention to details and data accuracy
- The ability to organize the workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Use of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in communicating at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with solid time-management/organizational skills
- Proven desire to work effectively and build trust with employees, operations and within the HR team
- Knowledge of HR trends, practices, and legislation
