HR Generalist

As an Human Resources Generalist or Senior HR Coordinator looking to move up, with 3-5 years experience supporting a med/large manufacturing group, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by multi-tasking with a small dynamic HR team to support various HR functions, provide strategic support to employees and leadership team.
*Responsibilities*
As a seasoned HR generalist or, you are comfortable with:
*Employee/ Labour relations -coaching/ counselling/ feedback, conflict resolution, discipline, OHS, disability
*Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HR-related inquiries and concerns, well prepared and sound investigations for work place issues, Service Canada, Ministry of Labour investigations.
*Safety and WSIB - Early and safe return to work, claims management and JHSC - safety meetings, secretary, supporting compliance audits
*Benefit program administration
*Reporting/ metrics/ dashboard - strong analysis, metrics reporting-comfortable with numbers, sourcing data, tech savvy, excellent EXCEL and presenting as required.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
