We are seeking an insolvency administrator to join our Langley office.

To start, the role is primarily focused on data entry along with a variety of administrative tasks. Attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills are critical to the role. This role is for a for a brand that has been around for over 30 years. There will be tremendous opportunity to grow in the role as the office grows.

Skills Required
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills—Conveys written information clearly and effectively
- Organization and Administration—Uses system and tools to complete each transaction completely and with maximum efficiency
- Team Player—Demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry
- Management of bankruptcy and consumer proposal estates which will include but is not limited to preparation and filing of reports, monitoring of estates, and corresponding with various stakeholders in the insolvency process (training will be provided)
- Represent the brand, maintaining a professional, competent, empathetic and positive demeanor at all times

**Education**
- High School Diploma required
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC V2Y 0G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
