Your mission as a Sales Manager, Account Management at Scalepad is to lead and motivate our sales team with a keen focus on driving success through our valued partners. You will be on the frontline of sales strategies, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet and exceed targets. Your role is crucial in maximizing recurring revenue and providing exceptional support to our partners. Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, nurturing individual talents, and building strong partner relationships are key aspects of your responsibilities. Responsibilities.
- Drive a high-performance culture, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence within your teams.
- Manage and meet Upsell, Cross Sell and Net Revenue Retention targets.
- Drive MRR growth through innovative programs, sales strategy, and daily mentorship
- Assist the Partner Development Team in partner calls for account growth.
- Enhance revenue expansion and retention through process enhancements, data-driven analysis, and project implementation.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize customer lifecycles, processes, channels, and touch-points.
- Leverage your account management expertise to drive both Net Revenue Retention and expansion revenue within the portfolio.
- Champion a partner-first approach across the organization, emphasizing the value of partner success.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop KPIs and process improvements for the sales team, ensuring the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and emphasizing pipeline management.
- Provide daily mentorship and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to support successful sales and create effective selling tools for presentations, demos, and trade shows.
- Build trust, nurture partnerships, and prioritize partner satisfaction.
- Maintain competitive industry knowledge to optimize the sales cycle.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and maintain team morale.
- Foster a coaching mindset, keep the team on track, and work alongside team members during sales activities.

Qualifications.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a sales leader role within the SaaS industry
- 1-2+ years of MSP industry experience
- Track record of successfully introducing and launching new products to market, coupled with a talent for crafting effective strategies to seamlessly integrate and sell new features within a comprehensive platform solution.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles within the SaaS industry, showcasing a proven ability to drive sales strategies and achieve substantial revenue growth.
- Possess a solid understanding of building a superior Customer Experience, ensuring a strategic and customer-centric approach in all sales activities.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams, emphasizing the commitment to the connection between happy partners and engaged teams.
- Proficiency in establishing clear, measurable outcomes and a focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, applicable to interactions with partners, colleagues, and managers.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Metrics-oriented; with a strong understanding of managing pipelines, conversation rates and results through a CRM system (Hubspot)
- Advanced knowledge of Hubspot or Close.io is a benefit (building reports, forecasting, etc)
