**Introduction**: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our software and hardware systems. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with other team members to support our users and maintain high levels of functionality and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide training to users to ensure they are proficient in using our software.
- Identify and resolve software issues independently and escalate complex problems to the development team.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic hardware issues related to software functionality.
- Perform simple device connections and debugging.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
- Quickly identify and resolve any software-related issues to maintain stability.
- Collect, analyze, and report on complex problems to the development team for resolution.
- Stay curious and updated about new technologies and tools, adapting quickly to enhancements and changes.
- Drive self-improvement and continuous learning within the technology field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in computer use, including software installation and configuration.
- Experience in providing user training and support.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot software problems; experience in reporting complex issues.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and the ability to troubleshoot simple hardware issues related to software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a quick and effective approach to resolving issues.
- A self-motivated and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good command of English, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation and instructions.
- Certifications or training in relevant fields are preferred.

Pay: $40,006.68-$82,594.88 per year
