- To execute in a timely manner all correspondence for guest reservation requests
- To maintain accurate and current room information in all account files-PM, myFairmont Reservations
- Supporting Director, Revenue Management and Revenue Management Analyst as needed
- Ensure that all guest details and requests are properly noted and action in a timely manner
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in both official languages (French & English)
- Ability to type 40 w.p.m
- Desire to work and grow in the hospitality industry
- Previous front office and/or reservations experience required
- Previous guest service experiences a must
- Must have high level of professionalism and must work well with others
- Must be flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times
- Must display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skill to be able to deal with multiple priorities
- Exceptional ability to work under deadline pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook would be an asset
- Able to work shifts, holidays and weekends
