Key Responsibilities of the Reservation Manager Agent:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Provide support to field team members and U-Haul dealerships in the management and placement of equipment and reservations, ensuring that customer demand and productivity are balanced to optimize regional inventory levels.
  • Analyze reports to facilitate effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Assist with the U-Box portable storage service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including multiline phones, and proficiency in Word and email communication
  • Strong customer service skills, along with effective time management and multitasking abilities
