**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Effectively negotiate terms, close sales, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain Sales Records: Accurately record sales activities, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM system.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role. Experience in healthcare industry is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Proficient with Technology: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools.
