**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Assist with document preparation and formatting using tools such as DocuSign and Google Suite
- Type and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital
- Greet visitors and provide assistance at the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management
**Experience**:
- Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred
- Proficient in using tools such as DocuSign, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
