Billing Administrator

We are a reputed & growing Physiotherapy provider with 8 locations in the GTA. We are looking for a full time administrative professional to handle billing and other administrative tasks. The position is based at our Etobicoke Office. We would prefer applicants that live within not more than a 30-minute commute from the clinic.
**Duties include (but not limited to)**:
- Billing to third party providers, WSIB & Auto Insurance
- Accounts receivable & collections
- Keeping track of all approvals and denials of treatment plans submitted for clients.
- Tracking patient benefit coverages.
- Working as a team with the reception staff to ensure an overall excellent customer experience for the patient.
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Booking appointments over the phone and in-clinic
- Laundry and basic housekeeping
- Disinfecting as per COVID-19 protocol
- Able to handle and schedule a high volume of patients per day while retaining the ability to make sure patients follow their treatment plan visit frequencies.
- Medical office assistant diploma, degree or related medical office or customer service experience preferred.
*Good command over the English language,

*Working knowledge of Quickbooks an asset,

*Excellent telephone skills
*Organized & able to multi-task
*High accuracy in any work
*Punctual & reliable
*Motivated personality with ability to take initiative

*Positive attitude
*Able to work weekday evenings & Saturdays.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
