We are currently hiring a** **Billing Administrator** in **Toronto, ON**. Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, the Billing Administrator is responsible for accounts receivable - driving the billing and collection process while acting as the main point of contact for processing our customers invoices. This is a hybrid role, requiring the Billing Administrator to be** physically present in the office at least 2 days a week.**

Billing Administrator Responsibilities:

- Draft, finalize, and issue invoices accurately to clients on a timely basis and prepare amendments as required
- Respond timely to client queries regarding billing concerns and invoices
- Maintain and update customer files
- Process and post payments - cash, cheques, credit or debit, and EFT payments
- Perform analysis of overdue and aging accounts and follow up as required
- Perform outbound calls to customers as needed
- Maintain job files and liase with the sales team to manage customer projects and ensure compliance with supplier requirements
- Entering time sheets
- Other ad-hoc analysis and general office administration duties assigned
- Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma
- College diploma in office administration, accounting or business preferred
- 2+ years in office administration, accounts receivable, or billing department
- Excellent attention to detail
- Project accounting or construction experience is considered an asset
- Ability to complete administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a dynamic and growing business
